Creating lasting change does not happen overnight. Put forth the effort, and make it a habit to get better and better at whatever you are wanting to do. What you think about – you can bring about. So the act of writing and speaking out what you want you can cause you to ACT your way into the change you want.
This works for making yourself more productive at work, as a stay-at-home mom, or to add a new habit into your routine – exercise, reading, practicing the piano, ect.
